Professionals At Your Service

There is no more incredible honor than to serve our nation. We value the sacrifices made by members of the U.S. military to protect our country and fight for our freedoms. As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we take pride in helping veterans transition from the military into the business world and civilian life. We have several veterans working for Pinnacle and value all they bring to our organization. We believe in never leaving a soldier, sailor, marine, airman, or coast guardian behind and want to ensure we provide employment opportunities for veterans to make the journey from the battlefield to the boardroom.

Our CEO, Ms. Jennifer Rios, is an accomplished CEO with 15+ years of experience in technology, logistics, program management, and professional consulting, both civilian and service-disabled veterans. Ms. Rios served for 13 years in the United States Army, obtaining the Staff Sergeant (Airborne) rank. Ms. Rios supported Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, assisting the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bahrain, and Kuwait. She suffered from service-related disabilities and understood how difficult transitioning from the military to civilian life could be. She is very passionate about helping fellow veterans avoid obstacles she encountered during her transition and has made it her agenda to ensure that all veterans are joining Varidd experience the same spirit-de-corps, professionalism, and commitment to values they adhered to active duty.

At Varidd, we understand the meaning of integrity, respect, honor, selfless service, and loyalty, and we live by these ethics. Our team puts the employees first and focuses on providing the highest quality customer service and strategic advice to achieve program efficiencies.
